ONLINE RETURN POLICY

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO RETURN E-COMMERCE ORDERS: 

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Citi Trends within 30 days after the purchase date, subject to the provisions below. Claims for items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of your receipt of the merchandise:
      1. RETURN TO CITI TRENDS E-COMMERCE SITE:
      You may return the item(s) to the e-commerce store, cititrends.com, for a full refund on your credit card upon our receipt and inspection of the item(s). You should request a return authorization number by emailing WebReturns@cititrends.com and then ship the item(s). Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your account. Customers pay the shipping cost to return items to Citi Trends. We recommend sending your return package by a method you can track, as we must receive the item(s) to accept the return.

      Check your packing slip(s)/invoice(s) to determine which address(es).
      PLEASE NOTE: All DESIGNER merchandise must be returned to cititrends.com and CANNOT be returned to a Citi Trends Store.
      Please address all DESIGNER returns to: ATTN: Designer Web Returns and use the correct aforementioned address.

      2. RETURN TO A CITI TRENDS STORE:
      You may return the item(s) to any Citi Trends store for a gift card in the amount of the purchase, to be provided upon our inspection of the item(s).
      PLEASE NOTE: All DESIGNER merchandise must be returned to cititrends.com and CANNOT be returned to a Citi Trends store. DESIGNER merchandise exists on the DESIGNER tab only. A separate invoice will be sent for DESIGNER merchandise. 

      CONDITIONS:
      If the following conditions are not met, Citi Trends reserves the right not to accept the return: All returned items must be in new condition, in their original package, and must include all packing material, paperwork and accessories. The returned items must be identical to items originally purchased. Citi Trends is responsible for refunding the cost charged for the merchandise (including sales tax) only.
